The Model-1 Automatic Pepper Spray Device is NOT sold with an APS Pepper Spray Canister, but instead it’s sold with two cans of Air Wick Aersol Fresheners (Cinnamon Medley and Fresh Linen). The fragrant "Air Wick Freshener" will provide a good SAFE test to see if you want to use our Pepper Spray cans later. But in the meantime, your intruder will not know if he was sprayed with Pepper Spray or not; he will smell better as he escapes like a fleeing bear and might just call 911 on himself too, just in case he "thinks" that he was sprayed with Pepper Spray.
The customer, at his discretion may later select to purchase and swap out the can of fragrance spray with an actual APS Pepper Spray can.
The Burglar will NOT know if the customer had swapped the can from the original fragrance can to an APS Pepper Spray can; but the deterrent from his reading the Warning Signs should help to prevent him from gambling with which one that the customer is using.
After the customer uses the fragrance can during his test period, he may select to easily change out the can for the real APS Pepper Spray by popping the cover and removing the fragrance can and replacing it with the APS Pepper Spray can.
